児童向けの本だけど、大人の入門書としても◎（絵本だけど…）。
子ども向けに甘やかした？適当な言葉で解説せずに、きちんとした用語が正しく使われている。

ちゃんんとマザーボードのチップセットとかも解説されているし、メインメモリの説明をプールに例えるのは、子どもでもわかりやすい。

息子にパソコンを分解される前に、読ませて良かった1冊。多分これからも何度も読むだろう。
