全曲いい。それは嘘じゃなくてほんとに。（むしろさくら以上に）
癒されたい時に聴く曲はもはやこれがベスト。
寝不足でダウンしそうな時とかこれで回復します。
この人の曲は癒されるうえに人を元気にさせるんです。

これは一生もんですよほんと。

このアルバムは自信をもって、他人にオススメできると思いました。このアルバムとの出会いは偶然で、間違えて買ったものですが、間違えてよかったです。誰かが涙が出たと書いていましたが、本当です。

ベスト版を出す時期としては、
他のアーティストと比べ早いように感じますが、
森山直太朗を好きでいる者にとっては
これほど嬉しいタイミングでの発売はありません。

それほど、彼の作品に良いものが多く、
また4年という期間は、視聴者にとれば短いけれども
彼にとればとても変化に富み、
意味のある4年間だったのだと思います。

2枚組みのそれぞれのディスクにも
彼独自の呼び方がつけられ、
言うまでもなく歌詞、パッケージなど
随所に彼らしさが感じられます。

メロディーラインや雰囲気が
今の時代と合っているとは言えないでしょうが、
「聴かず嫌い」ではなく、ぜひ一度じっくり聴き、
彼の詩や、曲の雰囲気から感じられる世界観に
どっぷり浸ってみてください。
彼からしか生まれない、本当に独特な世界が広がります。

時代の流れに巻き込まれるのではなく、
一人の人間が自由に見る世界。
そんなことの大切さや、忘れていた切なさ、
温かさに出会える名曲ばかりです。

これを機に、ぜひ聴いてみてください。
