4.0 out of 5 stars ハッキリと会社を作るメリットとデメリットが書かれている, 2006/7/22
ハッキリと会社を作るメリットとデメリットが書かれています。

・法的（税金）な部分
・信頼の部分（融資など）
・登録の事務的な部分

などなど、それぞれに詳しく書いてあり、
現在個人事業主や自由業をやられている方には
自分の実体験と照らし合わせてメリットが、
かなり具体的に書いてあるため判りやすいと思います。

ただ、難を言えばデメリットの記述が少なかったこと。
これは単純に株式会社設立のデメリット自体が少ないのかもしれませんが、
メリット・デメリットと挙げているわりには、
メリットに偏っていた感じがします。

とはいえ今、事業を個人でやられている方には、
メリットがとても判りやすく書いてある本だと思いました。

私は現在個人事業主として仕事をやらせてもらっているのですが、法人への移行を考えて本書を手に取りました。
当然ド素人なので基本的な知識が欠落している状態で読み始めたのですがメリットデメリットがすごくはっきり書かれており、痒いところに手が届いた感覚でした。
税理士さんなんかとお話をするにも、基本的なことをおさえておくためには非常に役に立ちます。それぞれ法人化に向けて気になることが違うとは思いますが、それぞれの状況毎の説明が丁寧なのでスッキリ出来ます。
この本を一読してから、専門分野の方に相談することをお勧めします。
読んでよかった一冊です。

法人と個人事業における税制面について、非常に分かりやすく書かれています。
３時間もあれば読めるボリュームです。
けれども決して手抜きをしている訳ではなく、簡潔に要点をまとめた良書です。

新会社法により今後、起業家がますます増えていく思いますが、法人にするのか個人事業にするのか、
その選択をする際の良きガイド役になるでしょう。
お勧めできます。
もっとも、税制面の損得の具体的な計算は、やはり税理士に相談することになるのでしょうが、
主要な知識そのものはこの一冊で得られます。
