~昔長野でシーズンバイトをしていた事があります。
その勤め先が茶屋も経営しており、この店の「おやき」が大のお気に入りでした。
何年か後、長野にいく事があれば「おやき」を食べましたが、あの味に出会う事はなかったのです。

そしてこの本です。「おやき」の種類の多い事に正直驚きました。

私の食べた物はおそらく、そば粉入り、いろり焼きだとわかりました。
皆さんがこれほどいろいろな「おやき」を持っているように、この本を片手にオリジナル「おやき」を捜してみてはいかがでしょうか？
これぞ、と言う物が出来れば素敵です。
いろりも、東急ハンズでミニタイプを売っているのを見た事がありますから、こだわりの方は家庭でも出来ます（笑）
~~

「おやき」ばかりお話ししましたが、その他、地粉を使ったレシピも必見です。優しい味の郷土料理、おそらく土地の人しか知らないような貴重な物が多数あります。地粉も手に入りやすくなりましたから、どなたでも作る事が出来ると思います。~

伝統の粉食から、最近の人気カフェデザートまで、盛りだくさんなレシピ満載です。
作りやすく、どれを作ってみても失敗がないところがよい。ところどころに豆知識が載っていて、つくらないで眺めているだけでも充分楽しめる。
料理の行程をわかりやすく写真で説明しているので、手順にまごつくことなく
スムーズに台所に立つことができます。

読みやすく、写真もとてもわかりやすく興味をそそる内容でした。

たくさんレシピが載っていてとても参考＆作ってみる気になりました。

おやきを作りたかったのですが、これほどわかりやすく読みやすい本に出会えてよかったです。
