リズム計には、液晶がないので何歩歩いたかはDSと通信するまで分かりません。しかしこのことが逆に意識してしまう、今何歩かと想像させてくれる楽しさがあります。１分ごとの歩いた「歩ログ」が、DSにボタン一発で送信され、最大４人分５年間も保存できるので非常に便利です。「歩ログ」グラフには、時間ポイントで簡単な手書きメモも残せるので、日記代わりにもなります。犬にも付けることができるので、仕事や買い物で家にいない時の愛犬の「動き」が分かり非常に面白いです。

60過ぎの両親に買いました。
母は当初の1日3000歩の目標を、ほぼ毎日クリア
していましたが、父は家でこたつでごろごろ・・・。
ある日、寝る前に結果を確認したところ、

1日72歩！

という記録を作りました。どういう生活をしたら
こんな少ない歩数ですむのでしょう？トイレだって
行くでしょうに・・・。

そして、ＤＳから

「あなたには1日3000歩というレベルは高すぎる
ようです。2000歩に目標値を下げます。」

と言い渡され、それからは改心（？）して歩くように
なりました。

気候もよくなり、いつも公共交通機関を使っていた
デパートなどに歩いていくようになり、「今日は
1万2000歩だった」などと自慢してくるようになりました。

運動不足解消に、買ってあげてよかったとおもいます。

私は専業主婦なので、誰に何を強制されるわけでもありません。
そのため、ついつい運動不足になったり
不摂生な生活リズムになりがちでした。
これで毎日ｄｓでチェックするようになってから
かなり生活リズムが改善されました。
いかに自分が毎日動いていないか、よく分かりました。。
夫にも持ってもらっていますが、
朝から晩までかなりの歩数が出てきています。
それを見ると、主婦をさせてもらっている自分の行動が情けなく思えてきて（苦笑）
家事など以前より張り切ってやるようになりました。
夫の一日の行動も分かるので面白いです。
