あたりまえのことは、誰でも簡単に出来るはずだ。

でも、いざ実行となるとこれが難しいです。

これをルール化して即実行というのは理想ですよね。


この本は具体的な事例も書かれていて、とても便利です。

また、就業規則、定款などの法的な側面も分かりやすく書かれています。


これから事業を始める方も、今一度社内のルールを見直す方もとても参考になりますね。

この本は、ルールについて、いろいろな角度からとてもわかりやすく書かれていました。

特に、第６章のルールを使いこなす部分が参考になりました。

現在、部下がいるので、マネジメントにはとても気をつかっています。

本の中にある「究極の会社」が今まで目指すべきものだと思っていましたが、それが必ずしも良いことであるわけではないこともよくわかりました。

私にとっては、新たな気づきでした。

自分の会社はある程度ルール化されているな、と思っていたのですが、この本を読んでまだまだ改善するところはあると気が付きました。
一つでも二つでも会社のルールを変えるところが見つかれば十分に価値のある本です。
