五木 寛之
1932年(昭和7年)福岡県生まれ。生後まもなく朝鮮にわたり、戦後引き揚げ。66年「さらばモスクワ愚連隊」で第6回小説現代新人賞、67年「蒼ざめた馬を見よ」で第56回直木賞、76年「青春の門」筑豊編ほかで第10回吉川英治文学賞を受賞。英文版『TARIKI』が2001年度「BOOK OF THE YEAR」(スピリチュアル部門)に選ばれた。02年に第50回菊池寛賞、04年に第38回仏教伝道文化賞を受賞。現在、直木賞、泉鏡花文学賞その他多くの選考委員をつとめる(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

自身は読書が苦手な方で、今まで「五木寛之」さんの著書を手にしたことはありませんでした。
しかし、そんな自分にも読みやすくわかりやすい表現で「生き方のヒント」のようなことが書かれています。
本書の最初の方に「3冊のノート」の話が出てきますが、その中の「歓びノート」を実践するようになって、自身がプラス思考に転換しつつあるように感じています。
「人間関係」に悩む方にオススメの作品です！

流れるような文章で分かりやすくスラスラ読めますが、文中の一言一言に非常に重みがあります。

＃5パーセントを信じて生きる
＃「憂える」ことの大切さ
＃「愁」こそ人生の真実
＃慈のこころ、悲のこころ
＃感謝を求めない

などなど自分が行っている日常の臨床にも通じる所があると思うし、この著者が書くからこそ説得力があると思う。

結構お年の方が書かれた本のわりには内容は今の時代に
適用するためには的な、斬新で分かりやすい表現が多かった。

変わりゆく時代に、『人間』自体を考えて変えようとするの
ではなく、『関係』を考えるというこうとが大事だと。

家族も友人も国も社会も。

読みやすく分かりやすくスラスラ読めます。『関係』が
いかに大事かそこがこの本のポイントです
