たとえ不格好だとしても「パワー・オブ・ナウ　実践版」だとよかったな。
「超」「シンプル」「人生が楽になる」などを並べるとファーストフードのようにお手軽なものと勘違いされてしまうと思う。
理論やテクニックだと誤解する人もいるし、
原題を無理やり日本人受けするように装飾してしまうとかえって読者は首をかしげ、
重要な主題となる「いまに在る」を感じにくくなってしまうのではないかと思う。
また、初めてエックハルト・トールの著書を読まれる方は、
「Ｐｏｗｅｒ ｏｆ　ｎｏｗ」の翻訳版のハードカバー
「さとりをひらくと人生はシンプルになる。」(こっちもタイトルが…)を
先にお読みになった方が戸惑いが少なくなると思います。

私は長年、心の不安感に悩まされていましたが、この本を読んで物凄く楽になりました。悩みの大半が解消されたくらいです。５８０円でとってもお得です。

私たちは今を完全に生きることを忘れています。
いつも忙しくし、つまらぬことに時間を浪費し、気づいたときには、初老に。
子供のころは50歳、60歳など遠い遠い話だった。
しかし、この年になれば光陰矢のごとしの格言がひしひしと伝わってくる。
今を生きる力は最強です。
人は過去にも未来にも生きられない。後悔や不安は不必要です。
今を完全に生きていれば、私たちは時間の支配者になれるのです。
そう感じさせてくれる本でした。
ありがとう。
