最強のリーダーシップ論というのが表紙に書いてあったのでおもわず買ってあっという間に
読み上げてしまった。これは何回も読むことをお勧めします。なぜなら、その時々いろんなときにリーダシップを発揮することがあるので。そのたびに、本を読み返すとまた違ったとこに目が止まったりするので、新たなる気づきができる、人生のバイブルとして今後も読んでいくであろう本だとおもいます。

隔章ごとに解説があり、原作の内容のみならず、日本人に合うように解説が書かれており、
大変わかりやすい内容でした。

　この本はリーダーシップについて書かれた本である。２章でリーダーの役割について書かれています。ゴールの設定、ミッションステートメントの共有、ゴールの統合、歴史と文化を伝える意味、環境作り等についてです。
　３章でリーダーの３つの責務について書かれている。特に学びになったのが、現実を知るための５つの原則と洞察力を磨く方法です。
　４章では道幸氏の理想のリーダ像について書かれています。特に印象に残ったのが、「自分と対話する１時間を持つ」という事です。忙しい現代人がなかなかできない事ですが、とても大切であると感じました。
　５章では部下の動かし方を説明している。やはりコミュニケーションが大切という事が印象に残る。６章では成功する組織と失敗する組織についての違いが書かれている。７章では決断と実行について説明されている。特に学びになったのが意思決定の４ステップとリーダーのための５つの原則です。８章では判断について説明されていて一番印象に残ったのが撤退の決断です。
　９章では部下の育成方法についての説明です。部下を鼓舞する６つのステップと変化については深い学びとなりました。陰のリーダーについてはサッカーなどと絡めて考えるととても大切な概念であるように思います。１０章では部下に任せる事について説明されている。
　以上が本書のレビューとなるが、リーダーシップについて書かれた密度の濃い良書なので読んで実践しつづけてほしい。
