5.0 out of 5 stars 憲法改正案が出されるなか、原点に立ち返りたい, 2006/10/2
いまの憲法をよく知らなかったけれど、
政治家が「改正改正」と言っているので
ちゃんとわかってから考えたいと思った。
アマゾンンの関連書籍のレビュー欄も、もちろんチェック。
朝日新聞の文化欄に、井上氏の記事とこの本の紹介があったので、さっそく購入。
基礎的な原文の精神を伝える本で、
美しいうえにたいへん読みやすかった。
本の作りが美しいのだ。
色使いも心地よく、よく考えられて作った本だと思った。
戦争できる国がいいのか、この国の平和思想のどこがいけないのか。
たしかに武器を持たないのは、勇気のいることかもしれない。
いまの日本国憲法ができたときは、
みんなもう戦争は二度とごめんだと思ったからこそ
この憲法の誕生を心から喜んだのではなかったのか。
世界の人々に信頼される国になるためにも、
よその国の一般市民や子どもたちを、
勝手な思い込みの正義の名の下に犠牲にしないためにも
武器は使わない国であり続けてほしい。
将来の日本を担う子どもたちにも、ぜひ読んでほしい書だ。

子供向けに憲法の大事なところを伝えると称したポエム。
自らの政治的主張を含む創作と憲法を混同させて、
批判能力の備わっていない子どもに読ませる本書には嫌悪を感じる。

　作家による、憲法本。近年類書にいとまがなく、膨大な量の憲法本が出版され、憲法が
掲載されているが、憲法は教科書にものっているのだが・・。
　そもそも日本国憲法に訳文が必要なのは原文が英語なため、理解が難し（これは憲法学者も認めるところである）
ことにある。
　英語で日本国憲法を読もう、という本も、そちらの方が原文に即してあり、理解できるからだ。
とはいえ井上氏自身には疑問がともなう。
　実際、井上氏は鶴見俊輔氏との座談でも差別用語を連発し、差別の思想をあからさまに
している。転向なのか、それとも・・。
　読者は井上氏の今までの言動をしっかりと図書館などでチェックした上で読んでほしい。
　もう再度の転向をしたときのために。
