時代のドサクサでLPからCDへ変わる中、それでも古くならない魔法の音楽たち。１つ１つの物語がまた次の物語の入り口になっている深い味わい。才能とはこのようなものをさす言葉だと実感する。熱烈なFANにはたまらないボーナストラック＆歌詞カード。

20年以上前に聞いたアルバムです。ずっとCDで欲しくて探していました。やっと出合えました。思ったとおりの素敵な曲ばかり。とても20年以上前の曲とは思えません。各曲共に詩の内容も深く聴き応えがありますよ！ドライブにも最適です。

寺尾聰の「Reflections」のアレンジで一躍名をはせた井上鑑が東芝EMIからご褒美？としてリリースされた記念すべきソロデビューアルバム。
「Reflections」ではAORに徹していたが、この作品ではミニマル、IRCAMに代表されるコンピュータミュージック等の先端技法を取り入れ、POPSの装いを纏った稀有な作品である。
当時、横浜ゴムとブリヂストンが壮絶なCM争いをしていた時、数々の横浜ゴムのCMミュージックを手がけ、ニキ・ラウダのドライブするBMWのサイドから空撮に展開するフィルムに使われた「GRAVITATIONS」は現在でも色あせていない。
