3.0 out of 5 stars ＴＶであふれるばかりの面白さが本では…, 2005/1/28
ＴＶ番組でとても楽しく見ているので
これは是非読みたいと手に取ったが
ＴＶでの軽快さは本ではうまく出ていなかった気がする。
齋藤孝の「段取り力」など、ＴＶでは本当に納得して見たが
本では今いち分かりにくかった。
ただ
ＴＶでうまく伝わらなかったことが
本を読んで分かった部分もあるので
ＴＶと本を両方楽しむのもいいかも。
そうなるとＮＨＫのなんとか講座のテキストのように
放送前に出版してもらって本を手にＴＶを見たいもんだ。

なるほど、と思うことがたくさん。
学校の授業って画一的で、理論を聞いていたような･･･
そう考えるとテレビでも話題の人たちが、わかりやすく教えてくれる授業。

テレビで放送されていた授業を見ていないので、テキストのみ、となったが、十分だ。
私が一番気に入ったのは脳を活性化させるために料理の３分クッキングを活用する話、なるほどと思う。ただ漠然と毎日送っていてはダメなんだな。考えながら日常生活のちょっとしたことも行っていけば、決して脳は低下しないのかも。
