「ヴォリューム３」になっているが、トラヴェリング・ウィルベリーズとしては２作目のアルバム。１作目では、メンバーは５人だったが、レフティことロイ・オービンンソンが心臓発作で他界。４人組となってしまった。メンバーは、デル・シャノンを加えて５人になろうとしたが、そのデル・シャノンが自殺。４人でアルバムを制作した。４人は、ジョージ・ハリスン、ボブ・ディラン・ジェフ・リン、トム・ペティで、サポートするのはジム・ケルトナー、ジム・ホーン、レイ・クーパー。1では、ゲイリー・ムーアがハードなリード・ギターを弾いている。前作は、超大物の５人がレーベルを乗り越えて集まった、熱気がこもっていたが、２作目ではその熱気は緊迫感が少し薄らいだ感じがするが、ジョージ、ディランのファンの方には、見逃せない作品だろう。
