自宅や事務所の配置レイアウトを簡単にシミュレーションできるソフト。
設定したスペースに、机やイス、什器などを設定スペースと同一比率にてレイアウトできるため、「荷物が入らない」等の問題を事前のシミュレーションで確認できる。また、自分の部屋の模様替えもいろいろイメージできるので、一番最適な思い通りの模様替えができる。
操作は、壁、間仕切り、柱などの固定物、電気、電話などの配管、机、什器などの備品の3つのレイヤーに分かれ、誰にでも簡単にレイアウトプランができる他、レイアウト後は、配置物間のスペース幅などの計測が可能。
また、電話配線、電気コンセント、LANケーブルなどの経路図を、専用レイヤーに作成し、配線シミュレーションすることもできる。配置後に分かる電気、電話などの露出配線も、レイアウトプランナーでは配線や取り出し口に元づいた理想的な計画が事前にシミュレーションできる。レイアウト画面はBMP形式でファイル保存ができるので、他のソフトウェアでの利用が可能。
