ほとんどの方が書かれているように、ゴムの独特のにおいがあります。
そしてこれも皆さんが仰るように、すぐに消えますのでご安心を。
私は長い間、ピラティスを厚めのバスタオルの上でやっていました。

どうして、早く買わなかったのだろう？

それぐらいに、マットがあるのとないのとでは大きな差が出ます。

できなかったポーズも決まったり･･･。スムーズに動けなかった
ものが動けるようになったり。
そして、腰・肩・頭といった体全体への負担も急激になくなりました。
やはり専用のマットを使うのが、絶対におすすめです。
自宅まで配送してもらっても、このお値段！！

初心者だからといって、買うのをためらっていますか？
初心者こそ、マットが必要ですよ。

と　思いませんか？？私は今回　気軽に「ヨガでも始めてみるか」という感覚で購入したのですが　安いので気負うこともありませんし　マットの質だって十分よいと思います。
ヨガに飽きても　ストレッチするのにもよさそうなので　今回いい買い物出来ました＾ｖ＾

届いたときは若干ゴムくさくて
「この上で仰向けになるのはちょっとキツイかな・・・」と思ったのですが
３日ほど干しておいたら今はもう気にもならなくなりました。

マットを敷いて、私はヨガを旦那はストレッチをしていますが、
滑らないし、程よいクッションで腰や尾てい骨なども痛くないので
買ってよかったと思います。
