0.5kgのウェイトにも十分慣れたので1kgの方を購入しました。
商品が届いて最初に思ったのは「少しサイズが大きい過ぎやしないか？」って事かな。
実際に着けてみると0.5kgの時とは違い、少し大きめのカーゴパンツじゃないと隠れなくなり、隠れたとしても脚に何か着けてるのが分かっちゃいます。
外観を気になさる方には不向きかもしれません。
他の点に関しては0.5kgと同様にウェイトとしては良いモノだと思います。
問題があるとすれば、少し大きいので着けるとき固定するためのマジックテープが余ってしまい、内側の布地がボロボロになることでしょうか。
気になる方は事前に解れない生地を縫いつけカバーするなどすれば問題なく使えるかと。

週二回程度のランニングと筋トレ、30分程度のスポーツで使用しましたが、購入して1ヶ月経たずして縫い目の部分より鉄粉がポロポロとこぼれてきました。他の製品と比べ耐久性は低いです。購入される方はご注意を。

ごく普通のおばちゃんです。以前500グラムのものを購入して週３〜４日ウォーキングする時つけてました。最初はけっこうきつかったけど、2週間もすると物足りなくなって新たに１kgを購入しました。５００ｇに比べてけっこう重量感はあります。歩いていると当然だけどソックスごとずり下がって、靴がぬげそうでした。靴紐をきつく締めなおしたら大丈夫でしたが、ランニングには向かないと思います。で、足を鍛えようと始めたのですが、これをつけて歩き始めてから嬉しいことにかなりヒップアップしていることに気づきました。それと太ももの間に隙間が…！確実におしりには効きます。
