「くにおくん」がドッジボールゲーム世界一を目指すアクションゲーム。80~90年代前半に人気を誇った「熱血硬派くにおくんシリーズ」のファミコン版「熱血高校ドッジボール部」のPC移植版。くにおくん率いる熱血高校ドッジボール部が、持ち前の根性で特訓に励み、ドッジボール世界一を目指す。相手を倒すまで戦い続けるサバイバル・ドッジの格闘式ドッジボールや、稲妻シュート、分裂シュート、ブーメランシュートなど様々な必殺ウルトラシュートを用意。ゲームモードは、世界一を目指し、個性あふれる各国の強豪チームを勝ち抜く「遠征試合」、好きなチームを選び対決する「対抗試合」、ルール無用の格闘ドッジ「クラブ活動」の3つを用意。さらに、難易度の変更、チーム&選手名の入力も可能。
