個性的なキャラクターで戦いを繰り広げるリアルタイムストラテジーを融合したロールプレイングゲーム。第三次世界大戦の中、極度のエネルギー不足に悩むアメリカで、謎の物体「EON(タイムマシーン)」と鉱物「シベライト」を発見された。プレイヤーは、アメリカ編・ロシア編の2つのキャンペーンからストーリーを選択し、「EON」を使い過去にタイムスリップし、強力なエネルギーの源となる「シベライト」の独占を成功する為に、様々なミッションを繰り広げていく。ミッションは38面を用意し、ストーリー分岐によってプレイヤーの果たすべき目的もエンディングも様々に変化する。また、インターネット・LAN上でのマルチプレイが可能。
