4.0 out of 5 stars 箱庭系ギャングゲームゲームの傑作, 2009/8/19
２００２年の作品とは思えないほど、今プレイしても全然楽しめる高い完成度です。
１９３０年代のシカゴを模した街を走り回り、マフィアとしてのし上がっていく。
ＧＴＡ系の箱庭ゲームですが、音楽も時代に合わせたレトロな雰囲気で禁酒時代の
ギャング映画が好きな方に是非オススメしたい作品です。

操作性は流石にやや古いですが、慣れれば問題ないレベルです。
今後発売予定の「２」にも期待大です。

Mafia初期発売期からの層ですが
これほど、シナリオ、世界観、ＢＧＭと
バランス良く魅せてくれるゲームは数多くありません。

公式の謳い文句でもあるが、車や町の概観に
1930年の背景を、そのまま詰め込んでいる作品で
ジャンゴ・ラインハルトなどＪＡＺＺの曲ひとつをとっても
演出に関して、全体的にレベルが高いと言える作品です。

個人的には相応に思えましたが
アクションとしてのレベルまでもｗ若干、高いようです。
（車の操作はUSBゲームパッドなどをｂ）

全く違う世界観での同期 系列作品に
Max Paine　　Deus Ex　　Postal
後に、Grand Theft Autoなどもリリースされましたが
個人的に、Mafiaが◎でした。
２では、ただの美麗ゲームにならない事を期待したいです。
