マネーロンダリングという言葉をよく聞きますが、いったいどのような種類の犯罪において、どのように行われるのでしょうか？
本書では、実際にあった金融犯罪例の解説を始め、プライベートバンクの詳細や、北朝鮮・テロ関係の話題などを通じて、マネーロンダリングの基本から詳細まで解説されています。

金融について詳しい知識が無くてもちゃんと理解でき、楽しめます。また、同じ内容を何度もくりかえして退屈であったりすることも全くなく、内容的に充実しています。新書というと、内容が薄い本にも時たま出くわしますが、本書は全くそんなとことはなく、お勧めです。

とある金融関係の社長さんがblogで「面白かった」と紹介されていたので読んでみました。

いや〜、経済・金融・外交素人のワタシが読んでもホントに面白かった。

日本に限らず世界の金融の闇の部分や、世界的なお金の流れがなんとなく理解できます。

カシオ詐欺事件に関した部分なんて、ほんと小説みたいな内容です。

ライブドアについても触れられていて、「あれ、本当に堀江さんは何にも知らなかったんじゃないの？宮内さんが主導してたんじゃ？？」と思ったり。

バチカン市国でも昔は汚いお金にドロドロにまみれていて、それを一掃しようとした権威ある方が暗殺されていたなんて・・・。
フィクションとして映画にしただけでも、大問題になりそう・・・。

その他、北朝鮮とアメリカのお金を巡る仕組みも面白かった。

また、深刻な部分では、アフリカ・シエラレオネの「ブラッド・ダイアモンド」が、アルカイダの資金に関係していたりとか。

あとでもう一回読み直してみよう。

もう２０年くらい前かもしれない・・・まだ子供と大人の境目の頃に「マルサの女」という
映画をみたときとおなじ気持ちになった。
お金とはなんなんだろうと、よく考えてしまうようになった。
この本については、一言でいって面白い本です。
橘氏の本というのは、読み手にニュースや表面的な社会や人物のありかたを超えた部分が
あるんですよ・・・という示唆を与えてくれるというのが、３冊ほど著者の本を読んでもった
感想。
この本をもとに、いろんな本を読んで、いろんなことが符号しました。
ミハエル・エンデのお金についてのＮＨＫ特集についてきいたことを思い出し、早速、本を
とりよせてみることにしました。
お金とはなんなのか・・・・どうこれと関わるべきか、これがきちんとわからないと、
抜けられないループの中に飲み込まれてしまう・・・
読み終わった本はレファレンスのほかは全て手放してしまうのですが、この本は手元に残し
ています。
実際問題、普通の人にとっても十分恐ろしい警告本になるとおもいます。
また、こういうのどんどん書いて欲しいです。
