運動したいけれど時間が取れない人、肩こりや腰痛で悩んでいる人に。何気なく行っている歩行という運動を正しく行うことにより、普段使われていない筋肉を効率よく鍛え・燃焼するように設計された「BMウォーキングシューズ」。

つま先の角度とかかとの段差が効く

わずかな高さの違いから足裏全体で踏み込むことにより、ふくらはぎに無理のないストレッチ効果を生み出す。ふくらはぎの収縮と弛緩で血液循環を補うため、疲労回復やむくみ解消、ふくらはぎの引き締め効果がえられる。

アウトソール先端部分が内側に傾斜、大腰筋に効く
アウトソールの先端部分が内側に傾斜していることで親指部分がスムーズに着地面に当たり、一直線上を歩きやすくしている。一直線上を歩くことによる上・下半身のひねりがお腹の筋肉を引き締める。また常に親指を刺激し安定した歩行ができる。

大体の靴は歩くと疲れやすかったり、膝が痛くなるのですが、このシューズは履いてみると何とも不思議な感じでふわふわと足が勝手に進む感じになるし、歩幅が広がり、勝手に歩かされて、代謝が上がっているのも体感できます。

BMストレッチの饗庭先生ファンの母に、饗庭先生が作った靴だよと言って、このレッドをプレゼントしてあげたのですが、歩きやすいらしく、毎朝散歩に出かけてます。畑も言っているので泥だらけですが。。。

あれだけ履きこんでくれれば靴も本望？

かくゆう私は黒のレザーはいてます。

嫁さんも赤が欲しいようですがサイズがないらしく残念がってます。
