【良い点】
エッセンスがまとまっていて、非常に読みやすい。また様々なジャンルの世界の人々の言葉があるので、興味深く読める。何か壁にぶち当たった時、失敗をした時、どのようにして乗り越えてきたのかが書かれているので、読んでいてやる気がでてくるような気がする。付箋を貼りたくなるような部分も結構あった。

【悪い点】
この本にとっての「善」が決められていて、その善に相反する意見の人間がほとんどいない。例えば、「今の時代は昔とは違う。自分のやりたいように働くことが大切。新しい発想でチャレンジすることが必要。」など。私自身それらが間違っていると言いたいわけではない。ただ、何かを成し遂げた「プロ」達の話といっても、似通っている人達の意見なような気がする。伝統を受け継ぐ職人などのプロもいては良いのではないかと感じた。

下手な自己啓発本より、ずっとリアル。
装丁の本気度に引き寄せられ、購入。

50人の各界のプロが自分の仕事観を熱く語ってます。
一人一人の文章が長すぎず、短すぎない。
あっという間に読めてしまいます。

正直、この本を読むまで好きじゃない方、多かったのですが
見方が変わりました。皆さん、真剣。本気に遊んでる。
ビジネスマンはもちろん、フリーター、学生にも読んで欲しい。
きっと仕事への取り組み方が変わると思います。

ただ、惜しむらくは各インタビューの最後に記載されている
まとめのコメントが薄っぺらいこと。あれだけのテンションで
まとめてあるのだから、それに見合うコトバを置いて欲しかった。

それ以外は本当に良くできた本だと思います。
この本は大切にしたいと思います。

とにかくビッグで豪華な人が仕事について語っております。
やっぱりそれだけ仕事してきた人の言葉には重みがあります。
色々な人生観が、書かれているのが良いと思います。
