PS2やXboxで発売された忍者ACT『天誅 参』をPSP向けにリメイクした作品。プレイヤーは影として生きる忍者となり、闇に紛れて広大な屋敷や城下町で任務を遂行していく。移植にあたり、Xbox版の追加マップ2ステージがプレイできるようになっている。待ち受ける手強い強敵を倒しながら本堂を目指す"廃寺"と、見張りだらけでより慎重な隠密行動が要求される"武家屋敷"の2つで自由度の高い攻略が楽しめる。また、キャラクター面も強化されており、本作では闇の始末屋・鉄舟が最初から選択可能になったほか、魅力的な敵キャラクターが多数追加されている。アクション面においては、壁と同化したり敵の死体を物陰に隠したりと、より忍者らしい隠密アクションが増加。一撃必殺の"忍殺"と合わせて戦略的な攻略が楽しめる。

私は大の天誅好きで、シリーズはＤＳのやつ以外全部やってます。あ、ＸＢＯＸの参も未プレイです。
今作にはＸＢＯＸの追加要素あたりも入ってると聞いて、購入しました。

うーん、おもしろい。でも、やはりＰＳＰ移植の限界が見えますね。

ＰＳ２の参もゆっくりでした。なのである程度は覚悟してましたが、今回はなんか、
走ってるときに後ろから引っ張られてるのか？と思ってしまうくらい。
歩幅と移動距離があってない気がする時がある。
また「見えない壁」がそこらじゅうにあります。隙をうかがって陰にかくれ、
「今だ！」と飛び出したら見えない壁に御用となり、最悪発見されます。

また、ＰＳＰとＰＳ２の決定的な違いとして、右スティック＆ボタンの数があります。
右スティックがないため、視点移動ができません。ステルスゲームでこれはちょっときつい。
でもこれ、慣れてる人（慣れてきた人）だったら、特に問題にならないかもしれません。
天誅シリーズは、基本的にしゃがんでることが多いゲームです。（しゃがむと相手から見つかりにくいため）
しゃがみ状態で「左スティックを斜め後ろに押す」と、方向転換でき、一応の索敵は可能ですので。慣れればｗ
説明書には書いてないので注意です！！

いろいろ書きましたが、ＰＳＰでよくここまで天誅参を再現したなと思います。
ですが、もう少し操作方法などもＰＳＰナイズし、手を加えてやり易さを追及してほしかったです。
少しのミスが命取りになるゲームですので、その辺を考えて☆３にさせてもらいました。

ゲームとしては申し分なく天誅してます。自分は携帯でもダウンロードして遊んでたくらい天誅は好きなのでPSPだと数倍も遊びやすいし、楽しい。 しかし、皆さんの指摘通り挿入ムービーの画質がひどすぎる。最初、あれに萎えてしばらく触りませんでした。しかし気を取り直してプレイしてみるとゲーム中の画質と面白さは良しです。

当方PSP-3000とセットで本ソフトを購入しました。
PS2時代に途中で飽きてしまい、いつかリトライしたいと思ってましたので良い機会と思いました。
ですが、電車の中やホームなどで遊んで気が付いてしまいました

「・・・目がしんどい！」

このゲーム、夜間のステージが多い上にキャラクターや背景の色使いが暗いため、ちょっと外光が強くなると
画面が真っ暗になってしまい、敵の動きを観察するどころではなくなり落とし穴に気づかず落ちる始末です。
これが自然光ではなく蛍光灯などにも負けてしまうほどの暗さなので、室内で最適に照明を調整した環境以外では
快適に遊べる水準に達していません。
PS2のゲームをほぼそのまま移植しただけっぽいので仕方がないのかもしれませんが、PSPやDSのために一から作られたゲームが
液晶の弱点を考慮した色彩設計をしていることに気づかされました。
