bloc partyというﾊﾞﾝﾄﾞのｵﾘｼﾞﾅﾙ音源は聞いた事がない。
どうやらﾎﾟｽﾄ･ﾊﾟﾝｸというｼﾞｬﾝﾙらしい。
しかし、あまり、というよりも殆ど関心が湧かない。

このｱﾙﾊﾞﾑはそのﾊﾞﾝﾄﾞの曲を、色々なﾘﾐｷｻｰやDJ、ｱｰﾃｨｽﾄによって
ﾘﾐｯｸｽされた曲を日本独自にて編集されてﾘﾘｰｽされた盤である。

個人的にお目当てはburialによるﾘﾐｯｸｽ「where is home」であり、
他のﾘﾐｯｸｽ曲はどう聞いても、あまり面白くなかった。
何だか軽薄なｲﾒｰｼﾞが気に障る。軽薄、と書くと言葉が悪いが
ただ浮ついたﾀﾞﾝｽ･ﾄﾗｯｸのような感じなのだ。

経験値では、ﾘﾐｯｸｽという作業がｵﾘｼﾞﾅﾙを上回る、という経験が殆ど
無かったので、たとえそれがburialが担当していても大した結果には
ならないだろう、と思っていた。

そもそもｵﾘｼﾞﾅﾙ曲を知らないのだから上回る、という言い方は間違い
なのかもしれないが、この曲に関してburialのﾍｳﾞｨ･ﾕｰｻﾞｰならば
まず、大満足されるだろう。

何故なら、burialのｵﾘｼﾞﾅﾙ･ｱﾙﾊﾞﾑに収録されていても不思議ではないほど
burialの曲になっているのだ。ﾀﾞｰｸで不穏な雰囲気を持つのに、夜の街を疾走する
あの感じ。

どうやら、burialは他にもﾄﾑ･ﾖｰｸ、jamie woon、などのｱｰﾃｨｽﾄにﾘﾐｯｸｽ曲を提供
している。きちんと聞いた事は無いが、you tubeなどで聞けるそれらの曲は
やはりburialにしか作れないﾘﾐｯｸｽになっていて嬉しい。

この曲の為にだけ、無駄に豪華な意匠のこのｱﾙﾊﾞﾑを買う、というのは
何とも残念な行為だが。。。

即ち、burialによるﾘﾐｯｸｽ曲だけを集めたﾐﾆ･ｱﾙﾊﾞﾑをﾘﾘｰｽして欲しい、と
願うだけなのだ。
