今では、国際的に有名になったフィンドホーン共同体を、創設時から育て続けたアイリーン・キャディさんの自伝であるこの本。
私は、彼女の困難と試練の生きた道のりを読み、深く感動し、この本を座右の著としてきました。
苦しいとき、人生の困難に突き当たったとき、ふとページを開くと、はっとさせられる導きに出合える本です。

一度離婚し、再び結婚した相手とまた、無条件の愛と許しを実践する機会を踏んでゆくその一つ一つの記録は、人間愛の何たるかを知らせてくれるようです。
軽薄に見られがちな「精神世界、ニューエイジ」を見直す一冊でもあります。
オススメです。

ともすれば、不倫やスキャンダラス。そして、心の声が聞こえるなんて、ただのきちがい！なんて、ののしられそうな話なのですが、主人公であり、この本の作者であるアイリーンは、とても、ひたむきで可憐な女性です。
自分の心の声に従って生きるということを見失いそうになるたびにこの本を開き、自分を勇気づけます。是非、おすすめです！

アイリーンは様々な葛藤と苦難を乗り越えて、気づきと愛と光を
周囲に与え続けました。最初の結婚と離婚、魂のパートナーとの
出逢いから別れ、そして成長をとげてまた結びつく二人。
別れた家族との確執や葛藤なども事細かに書かれていて
その一つ一つと向き合う様子には勇気づけられます。

アイリーンが勇気を出して魂の成長をとげたことの恩恵を私たちが
受けていることに深く感謝するとともに、いまの私たちが勇気を
だすことがさらなる発展をとげていくことを感じました。
