I saw this book on its japanese version first. But unfortunately my japanese isnt good enough to understand 100% everything written there. I can deduce it, but also the price (2,800 yen approximately) caught me in doubt. And then I found the original version for less than 1,700 yen. I practice pilates at home so I know almost all the exercises but the little variations and tips on this book are a good hint to follow up. Also the advanced exercises are inetresting. Specially take a look at the use of weight and pillows to enhance the exercise performance and protect your muscles and bones. I understand the japanese version has to charge you for the translation, but if you are able to read this in english it would be really worth.
