アダプターを付けない場合は、米式バルブ用の口金に
なります。
仏式バルブ用アダプターは、使用しない時にはロック
レバーに収納します。使用するときは、アダプターを
バルブに装着した後、口金をはめます。
よくあるシティサイクル用の英式バルブに使うときは、
付属の英式バルブ用クリップを口金に取り付けて使用
します。シティサイクルなどしか使用しない場合は、
常時、取り付けたままにしておくことができます。

ポンプケージ（気圧計）が付いているので、適正な空気圧
でタイヤに空気を入れられます。その点は、ホームセンタ
ーなどで売られている廉価製品より優れていると思います。
単品の気圧計を購入する場合、2,000円以上しますので、
日常的に使うなら、このポンプ1本で十分だと思います。
このほか、パナレーサーでは、別売りの製品としてボール
用や浮き輪用のアダプターも用意していますので、一般
家庭用としては、価格の割に使い道も豊富だと思います。

ただし、主に仏式バルブ用に使用する方には、アダプター
無しで使用できるポンプがパナレーサーやトピークから
発売されていますので、そちらの製品を検討することを
お勧めします。

他の方も書かれていますが、どう頑張っても７気圧までしか入りません。
ゲージを見ても７気圧の所に危険ゾーンを示す赤ラインがありますから、
７気圧までのタイヤにしか使えない商品ということのようです。
言うまでもなく、クロスバイク、ロードバイクでは７．５気圧以上を
推奨しているものがたくさんあります。
クロスやロードに乗る方は、私のように安物買いの銭失いをされませんようご注意を…。

仏式バルブ（１２０ＰＳＩ）と英式バルブ用に使っています。樹脂筐体なのですが、普通に使っている分には問題ありませんでした。空気圧ゲージはやはりあった方がよいです。ですので廉価版のゲージなしタイプよりもこちらをお勧めします。価格もまだ手頃な部類ですし。知っている人には当たり前なことのですが、仏式バルブは（１）最初にバルブ先端のねじを左回りにまわして緩める（２）ちょっと先端を手で押してシュッと空気を逃がす・・・なんてことをしないと上手に空気が入りません。そうしないとこのゲージで５気圧くらいでポン！という音と共にアダプターが抜けたりしますよ（実機で確認済み）。取り説というかパッケージの紙に本当にお印程度に描かれているので、初めて本格的なバイクを買った人は注意された方がよいと思います（初心者の知り合いがどうしても入らないと言って悩んでいたのですが、確かにこの書き方じゃ分からんです）
