これを作った時は、本当に唸った。
バンダイの技術は、ここまできたのだと…
腕は組める、自由なポーズは取れる、劇中のような必殺技が出来る。
作った後にこれだけ感動したプラモは無かったです。

　それまでMGが持っていた、「宇宙世紀モノしか出ない」、「ディテールは凄いが、思いのほか可動範囲が狭い」といった概念を粉砕してくれた記念的キットです。思えばここら辺からMGの路線は、アクショントイの方向へと進んでいった感があります。MGストライクやMGver.2.0系が劇中のように動かせるのも、このMGゴッドで技術を培ったからこそです。
　欠点の少ない好感の持てるキットですが、なにぶん個性の塊のような機体なので、ザクやジムを作るような、「バリエーションを楽しむ」作り方は難しいです。あと日輪パーツがないのが残念。

とにかく動く動く。シャイニングガンダムみたいなゴチャゴチャ感は抑えられ非常に格好いい。
このGガンダムシリーズは価格が安いし、組み立ても面白い、組み立て後も楽しめる良キットですね。あとは見た目が好みかどうかだけですね。
その点でも、このGガンダムはオススメですよ。
