~北海道ローカル番組、いやもはや全国区になりつつある
「水曜どうでしょう」で有名なミスターこと
鈴井貴之監督が贈る映画「銀のエンゼル」で
使われている曲「トワイライト」と「さえないブルー」が
収録されています。

「さえないブルー」の方が映画のイメージに
ぴったりのような曲なので、映画を見てない方、もしくはもう見た方の
どちらの方が~~聞いても満足できます。~

１曲、１曲は非常に良い曲だ。
特に『トワイライト』は名曲だろう。
少しオトナになった感じのする『ゴーイングらしい』アルバムだ。

しかし、どう云う訳なのかアルバムを通しで聞いてみると、全体的にまとまりが悪い感じがする。
しかも、ＣＣＣＤで音質はあまりよろしくない。
その２点を考えると、星４つが妥当だと思う。

私小説的な純粋さにひかれて『ホーム』『かよわきエナジー』と聴いてきたが、今作はもっと普遍的（職業的？）なポップロックを作ろうとしてる感じ？『トワイライト』はその成功例だろうが、『銀河行き』『虹ヶ丘』は形式だけドラマチックに作りすぎて逆に心に残らない。こういう曲が入っている為かアルバム全体での印象が前２作に比べて薄いと思う。逆に『ビターズ』『さえないブルー』やシングルの２曲はゴーイングのセンチメンタルさが感じられ、アルバム中際立って良い。また河野さんの『ハートビート』『かいき』も良く、ソングライターとしての成長が現れている。良い曲だけ残してミニアルバムとして出してくれたほうが、ゴーイングの個性が光ったのでは？このアルバムで初めてゴーイングを聴く人は、『ホーム』か『かよわきエナジー』も一緒に聴いて欲しい。ゴーイングファンとしては、今作はやや物足りないと思うが、次の作品に期待を持たせる内容と思う。

キーボードサウンドが重視されているバンドって感じです。
全体的にメロディアスな曲が多いのかな。
「トワイライト」「さえないブルー」は聞くべきです。
