単に紙ジャケだけで取るべきところがないという意見もありますが、以前出ていたプラケース入りの同タイトルと比べてみるとジャケット写真の鮮明さには雲泥の差があります。（アルバムタイトルの入っている場所も微妙に違います）だいたい紙ジャケを購入する人は同じタイトルを持っていて聴かない方が多いのではないでしょうか。
ちなみに私はNO DICEを４枚購入しました。
最後にジャケだけでなく中身もいいよ。Without Youは泣けます。

７０年発表、アイビーズから数えて３作目となるアルバム。彼らの代表作であると共に、ミニ・ビートルズ的なイメージから脱却して後のパワー・ポップの先導的な役割を果たし、かつ優れたソングライティングを発揮した名作アルバム。全米８位の５．やニルソンのカヴァーによって全米一位になった６．を含めて名曲が目白押し。ピートが導入部を作り、トムが作った中間部を合体させて完成させた後者は、各々が作ったパートのヴォーカルを受け持ち、ニルソンのバージョンと比べると遥かに痛々しく、それが背筋をゾクっとさせるほどの感動を与えてくれる。彼らはこの曲をライヴで一度もやらなかったことは有名で、ニルソンによるヒットが影響を与えていることは明白なんだけど、この意地のようなものが、彼らを今一つメジャーに出来なかった理由であり、後の悲劇を生んだのでは？と残念に思う。もちろん職人気質の極みとして評価も出来るのだけれども。何にしても、例えそんな背景がなかったとしても・・・この曲で心を動かされない人なんていないでしょう。バッドフィンガーなら、まずこれを聞くべき。

　いやー，今まで偏見で聞かなかったのが悔やまれるくらい，いい音楽です。音質（リマスターされてない？）はあまり良くないけど，それをうち消してあまりあるメロディーが最高です。レコード屋で，ジャケット見たときいつもマイナスのイメージでしたが，本家ビートルズとはまた違った良さがあり，現代にこの切なさがとてもあっていて，見事にはまりました。アイビーズのもの，ストレートアップとも最高です。次はマジック・・を買います。
