まず、ＣＤについては素晴らしいと言ってよいだろう。声、瞑想や暗示の部分の音楽といい、とても気持ちよく耳に入ってくる。このＣＤを聞いただけで、正直、付属本の存在は内容が同じなので必要ないのではないかと思われてしまう。（音声の台本なので、あるに越した事はない）

しかし、ワイル氏の翻訳を全面的に引き受けている上野圭一氏からみたワイル医師についての紹介の部分が含まれているので、その点だけが本とＣＤの違いである。
『ナチュラルメディスン』として、詳細に生活習慣や治療法について著された本が出ているので、そちらを読まれる事が必須で、こちらだけではワイル氏の考えを理解するのは難しいと思う。

よくある催眠療法のCDだが、なんといってもCDの声が良い。落ち着くし、安心して聞ける。
アンドリューワイル氏の代替療法、つまり「病を治す声」が潜在意識まで入り、心をポジティブにさせてくれ、癒される。
また、海の瞑想では気持ちが良くて眠りに入ってしまう。

病は気から、とも言うし、心にすっと入ってくるこのCDは、何か自分を変えてくれそうな静かな力を持っているような気がする。
