「今回のブラガの新作は原点回帰です。」
又は「ブラガの過去の未発表曲のリマスターです。」
って言うのは真っ赤な嘘ですが、そのくらいそっくりです。
ボーカルの声質、歌い方、ギター、複雑な曲の展開、大仰な男声のみのコーラス、クワイアとボーカルの掛け合い、等々、さすがはトーメンがブラガ在籍時にブラガの為に書いた曲って感じ。
よくまあここまで似せたもんだと・・・いや、いい意味で。
この初期から中期にかけてのブラガの感じがトーメンはやりたかったんだね。最近のブラガにがっかりしちゃってる人もいるみたいなんで、こちらを聴いて燃えましょう。お約束のロックンロールもカバーかオリジナルかわかんないけど最後に入ってますよ。

BLIND　GUARDIANを電撃脱退したトーメン・スタッシュ（dr）がIRON　SAVIORのピート・シールク（ｇ、ｂ）、PERSUADERのイェンス・カールソン（Vo）、エミル・ノーベリ（ｇ）と結成したジャーマン・パワーメタルバンドのデビュー・アルバム。

長年の強固な絆で結ばれていたはずのブラガをまさかの脱退、何を始めるのかと期待していたファンは多かったと思うし、かくいう自分をその一人だったが、この作品を聴いて全て納得（＾＾

要はツーバスドコドコしたかったのね^^;

今のブラガのアルバムでは望むべくも無い疾走ドラミングが満載だわね。

(o'艸｀)ﾑﾌﾌ・・・

巷ではハンズィ・クローンともウワサされているイェンスのハンズィクリソツなパフォーマンスが、これまたまんまブラガな民族調なメロディを纏ったバック陣＆トーメンのパワー・ドラミングによって荒々しく疾走するスタイルは、完全に初期〜中期ブラガの世界観。

「TALES　FROM　THE　TWILIGHT　WORLD」や「SOMEWHERE　FAR　BEYOND」あたりのファンならばストライクど真中な音楽性だろう。
特に＃１“Evil　Eyes”や＃５“It...The　Gathering”あたりは笑っちゃうくらいブラガ(^｡^)

ピートがより制作に深く関わっていることもあって、コーラスの質はIRON　SAVIORっぽくも聴こえる点も美味しい。

＃４“Tomorrow　Land”は、メロから雰囲気までブラガとIRON　SAVIORを足して２で割った感じで個人的には一番のお気に入り。

もう一息煽情力の強いメロの曲を次回作で提示してこれたら、人気に火がつくこともあり得ない話ではないだろう。

ブラガ節炸裂のパワーメタル！！
最近この手の聴きたいなと思ってもVoがデス声が多くて、
老体には堪えます。
ゴリゴリパワーメタル万歳！！
