　以前のバージョンのものを使っていて、そこそこ使えた。
　携帯電話を機種変していたが、対応一覧表では、多くの機能が使えるとなっていたので、今バージョンを買ったのだが、インストールしてアドレスを読み込もうとしたら、「グループ０が読み込めません」という表示が出てまともにアドレスが読み込めなかった。
　使用している電話のアドレス帳は、グループ０が規定値なので大半がこのグループに登録されているので、ほとんどが読み込めないことになり、役に立たない。サポートに問い合わせたが、仕様ですねというような冷たい反応でした。
　携帯電話の機種ごとにいろいろと異なる機能制限があるようで、ＨＰを調べれば載ってましたが……（一覧表では◎なので要注意！）。購入の際は、使用する携帯電話の機能制限をよく確認したほうがいいでしょう。機種変したら使えなくなるかも……

前々からこのシリーズを使い続けている。
機種によって出来ることに大きな差があるため購入前に自分の機種がどこまでのことが出来るのかを確認しておいた方があとで泣きを見なくて済む事が多い。
多分どのソフトも同じだろうが著作権保護されているものは音楽でも映像でも取り込めないものなので、そういうのを取込みたいと考えている人には無駄な出費になることも多い。
かく言う私がそうだったため。

開発元メーカーも結構積極的に新機種への対応をアップデートという形で行なうし、常時接続環境があるなら起動時にチェックをさせることも出来る。
ただし、このメーカーは新バージョンが出たら旧バージョンへの機種追加などは行なわなくなるので注意

まだauの最新機種に全て対応しているわけではなく、私の携帯も対応していないのでアップデート待ちという意味を込めて星２つ

このようなソフトは初めてで、店員さんの勧めるままに購入しました。結果としてはかなり満足です。このバージョンからAU版は値下がりしたらしく、他社のを使っている友人はかなりくやしがってます。
