ソニーは暗い所での画質や手振れに強い、タッチパネルで初心者にも使いやすいという利点とHDDモデルで重いという難点がありました。どっちが優先か?というのが悩ましい問題でしたが、CX520・CX500の登場で解決されました。
評価の高いXR520・XR500の性能+内蔵メモリー!! 軽くなった分三脚無しで撮影してもそれほど苦になりません。顔認識も結構早いですし。 意外と重要なバッテリーのもちもHDDモデルより若干良くなって、付属品で実撮影時間は約1時間です。(XR520・XR500は実撮影時間約45分)
今年の下半期のモデルは各社手振れに強いというのが売りになってきてますが、まだソニーの方が強いようです。オートフォーカスはキヤノンが最速ですが……。
あとタッチパネルは操作は簡単ですが、急いでいる時は反応しなくてイライラすることも。また、マニュアル操作で撮るならキヤノンの方が使いやすいです。
現状、撮影だけでなくBDなどに保存することまで含めて(専門的なことは可能な限り避けた場合)考えると一番使いやすい機種と言えます。ソニーでBDレコーダーまで揃えれば鬼に金棒です。ソニーは他社製品と相性が悪いことがあるのがマイナスですが……。
