2000年のツール・ド・フランスにおける「コフィディス」チームの戦いを、選手をサポートする側から見たドキュメンタリー。

よけいな説明がいっさいないので、ツールをかなり知っている人じゃないと、わかりにくいと思う。できれば訳注が必要。

しかし、説明過多な日本のドキュメンタリー（というか、テレビ中継）に比べると、多少不親切かもしれないが、こちらのほうが客観性という意味で数段上ですね。

さらに、日本なら趣味の悪いＢＧＭで埋めてしまいがちだが、それもいっさいなし。素晴しい。この点は、日本の番組製作者も少しは見習ってほしい。

フランス地元チーム「コフィディス」を内部関係者の視点で撮影したドキュメント

むじな丸さんのレビューどおり 予備知識がないと十分には楽しめないかもしれません。フランスの風景を疾走する選手たちの姿が観たくて 購入を考えておられる方には期待はずれとなってしまうかもしれませんが 過酷なツールの華々しさより 現実面の強い映像を求めておられる方はお勧めです。

ただ レース中の選手たちの映像は サポートカーからの映像が多く他の作品にない緊迫感がありますよ。
