北米盤は発売されています。同じ仕様で約１万円ですね。送料がかかっても１万１千円程度ですので輸入盤を購入したほうがお得みたいです。字幕も種類が多いですし、山田氏の吹き替えも入っています。北米盤はリージョンフリーが多いようです。仮にリージョンがあってもBlu-ray Discでは北米と日本は同じリージョンですので問題ありません。発売が遅くて値段が高い国内盤には魅力が感じられません。

ＵＳ盤での評価です。

最近の映画と比べると流石に古さは感じられるものの、
自然な画質で、なかなかのハイデフ感があります。
夜のシーンとライティングが印象的なシーンが多い映画なんで
高画質化でかなり印象が変わりました。
特に４は、暗いシーンが多く、あまり好きな作品ではなかったのですが
ブルーレイ版で一番印象が変わりました。
ＢＧＭもレンジ幅が広く、高音よりも、低音に音の厚みがあります。

ＤＶＤも、ビデオも無い時代、ＴＶに噛り付き映画を正座して見てた世代の自分には
山田康雄さんの吹き替えは感涙物です。
私は無理と思ってましたので、音声：日本語を選んだ時、驚愕しましたが、
ＤＶＤ時代から祈願されていた方々おめでとうございます。

ワーナーさんも日本人だけが喜ぶ仕様に、労力を割いて頂いて感謝です。
このＢＯＸみたいに古い映画が、いい出来だと、今後の旧作も期待できそうです。

再生環境はパソコンにて。古い映画ですが、今見て尚、色あせない魅力が満載です。
特に好きだったのは、４４マグナムを語る台詞と、連発される「・・泣けるぜ」という台詞です。やはり山田さんは亡くなるのが、あまりにも早過ぎた。言葉のひとつひとつに重厚さや軽妙さをさりげなく入れられる絶妙の演技力。
　そこにブルーレイのクリアな映像で、見る度に感動が深まります。
　私はこれを購入して、本当に良かったと思っています。
