大ヒットしたセガトイズのホームスターに外見が似ています。11月に発売されるセガトイズ社の投影式カレイドスコープmangekyoroomsより先に発売になりました。四季のモチーフにしたディスク4枚とオリジナル作品用ディスクがつくようですが、セガ社が日本を代表する万華鏡作家である依田満・百合子夫妻が監修した3個のディスクを付けることに比べると少々見劣りがします。万華鏡はその道の作家がいるように作品が重要かと思います。追加ディスクなどを発売してソフトを充実していって欲しいものです。
