シューティングゲームのRAYシリーズ3作目「RAYCRISIS」のPC移植版。プライヤーは、ニューロコンピュータ「Con-Human」の暴走を止めるため、自らの意識をロジックに変換し、コンピュータのロジスティック・スペース内に侵入、「Con-Human」が送り込む防御プログラムを倒していく。敵の倒し具合によって刻々とネットワークの侵食率が変化する「侵食率システム」を採用し、この侵食率によって、その先の敵の出現パターンも変化していく。また、ロックオンレーザーで敵を一気に破滅させる「ロックオンシステム」を強化し、最大24ヶ所まで可能になったほか、シリーズ前作に登場した2機種と同性能の機体に加え、ホーミングミサイルと光子雷魚を装備した第3の機体を収録。ゲームモードは、ノーマルモードのほか、敵の配置が異なるスペシャルモードを用意。PCソフト以外の展開に適したスリムパッケージ版。
