PCの要求スペックが非常に高いので購入前によくチェックしておいた方がよいです。Steamにオンラインでアクティベーションさせられるのでインターネット接続必須。インストールされるサイズも巨大（11GBぐらい)ですのでご注意を。
当方の環境は以下の通り、

CPU:Core2Quad Q9650
GPU:Radeon HD4870 512
メモリ:2GB
OS:XPsp3

まず最初に、スクリーンサイズを1920x1200にしたところ起動せず。最初のメニュー画面にすら行かずに異常終了するので設定を元に戻すのに手間取りました。いろんな言語のReadmeファイルが付属しているんですが日本語はなし。英語版のReadmeの中に設定を無視してデフォルトで起動するやりかたが書いてあり、なんとか起動しました。どうも1920x1200にすると起動に失敗するようです。

しょうがなく1600x1200でプレイしています。かなりGTAっぽい仕上がりですが、操作感やストーリーはこっちの方が好みです。グラフィックはイマイチ。車に乗って走り回ると時々ひっかかるように重くなります。おそらくHDDにアクセスする際に遅くなっている模様。

それなりに楽しんでいますが、起動までのトラブル等、初心者じゃ解決できそうにないので星３つにしました。

ゲーム内容は、GTAがなくした要素を詰め込んだ爽快なギャングスタゲームで
GTAよりも難易度調整がある分、投げ出さずに遊べるレベルになっています
リアル志向にいってしまったGTAシリーズに不満がある人は楽しめるのではないでしょうか？

Windows版は車の移動に非常にストレスが溜まるのが残念です
通常時には問題ないレベルで動作していても
車両での運転時は、非常にかくかくと不自然な引っかかりが発生します
XBOX版では軽快に動作している分、かなりのハイスペックPCでもないなら
素直にコンシューマー版を購入するか、改善パッチがくるまでは様子を見た方が無難です

今後のパッチに期待して★は3個にしておきます。

GTA系のゲームは好きでしたしかしこのゲームはまず主人公を自由に作れる、これだけで僕は2、3時間楽しめました

キャラクター作成が好きな人はオススメだと思いますo(^-^)o
