今までアジアの雑貨にはあまり目が向かなかった私ですが前作「ヨーロッパ編」がとっても良かったので手に取ってみたら、あらまっ！アジアもなかなかイイじゃ〜んと・・・いや、なかなかどころか凄くイイ！！それはたぶん、著者のセレクトしたモノたちが私の今までのアジアに対する固定観念とは少し違っていて波長が合ったという感じ。また、各国の民族的違いなんかも垣間見れてとても興味をソソラレマシタ。例えば韓国で著者が「もっとシンプルなモノがあっても・・・」って思わず漏らしたら「だって韓国ではシンプルは失礼に当たるから。」との答えが・・とか。
それから、パッケージだけでは何なのか判断できず、現地に行っても手を出しそうもない不思議な食べ物の味や食感などをホントに想像しやすくコメントされているので無性に食べてみたくなる商品も多数！！ぜひ一度食してみなければとアジアへの思いを募らせた次第です。

旅に出てるとスーパーマーケットは必ず行くので今後の参考に、と購入。
「みたことあるー」「もってるー」とかなり楽しめました。
キッチュでチープで「何に使うの?」的なあやしさ満開のアジア雑貨好きにはツボにはまる一冊だと思います。
スーパーの場所の記載があるのも便利。
アジアで次回作があるとしたらインドネシア、フィリピン、シンガポールあたりもぜひ載せて欲しいですね。

「ヨーロッパ編」に続く第２弾。
前回が「おしゃれ系」としたら、アジア編の今回は「チープ系」というところか。
でも、取り扱っている商品はどれも秀逸。
「ツボを押さえてる」感がいいです。
この本片手に現地のスーパーを訪れ、「あっ、見つけた！」とかやると楽しそうな気がします。
街の風景や、商品紹介の写真も、前回より凝った感じがしていて良し。
スーパー分布図も大変判り易くなっていて、参考度大です！

でもって☆５つ。文句無し。

前回ヨーロッパ編と違いより内容の濃い本。これからアジア方面に旅行する人の参考書にもなると思います。チープなものが好きな人にはたまらないです。
