『仕様』
足部分が取り外し可能。
ポリプロピレン製なので、軽い・絶縁性が高い・薬品にも強いという性質を持っています。
ハンドル部分は柔らかいスポンジなので、痛くなりにくいです。
ビニール系やプラスチック系の嫌な臭いはありません。

『実際に使ってみて』
高さが14cmほどあるので、普通に腕立てするよりも深く上体を沈めることができます。
それによって効率的に負荷を与えられます。
肩幅より開いた状態で腕立てしても手がずれたりしないので、とてもやりやすいです。
負荷を上げたい場合は、足を台に乗せるとキツくなります。

『用途』
普通の腕立ての「プッシュアップ」
仰向けで腕立てする「リバースディップ」
肩・背中上部を鍛える「ショルダープレス」
足を乗せてストレッチする「カーフストレッチ」
体力に自信ある方は、片手腕立て・逆立ち腕立て・十字懸垂のようなこともできます。
この商品の高さを利用するとリバースディップがしやすく、二の腕が強力に鍛えられます。

『その他』
ポリプロピレン製なので、金属製の類似商品と比べて、やはり見た目がチープですね。
ただし、耐久性には問題ありません。
こういった器具が無くても腕立てはできますが、あった方が効率的という感じでしょうか。
上で述べたような用途もしやすくなるので、買って損したとは個人的に思ってません。

他にも安い製品があったので迷ったのですがこちらを選んで正解でした。

●良い点
・ポリプロピレン（硬質の樹脂）製のため軽く、強度がある。
・ハンドル部は軟らかいウレタンなので手が痛くならない。
・足部分は塩化ビニールでフローリングでも傷が付かない。
・金属ではないのでサビる心配がない。

●悪い点
・シルバーの成型色なので見た目が安っぽい。

値段も安いですし、買って損は無いと思います。

腕立て伏せってなかなかしんどい運動ですが、これを使い始めてから夢中になりました。そんなに回数がこなせるわけではありませんが、毎日やっています。30回ぐらいが限界の僕ですが、体重が90kgあることを考えるとなかなかのものかな。

腕は太くなりました。胸の筋肉もなかなか様になっています。ウィルも使ってますので、ダイエットに成功すればいい体になるだろうなって、取らぬ狸の皮算用中。
