　以前のポリスの4枚組みBOX（12インチ・シングルまでコンプリートに収めた秀逸なBOX）にすら収録されなかった「ドゥドゥドゥ・デ・ダダダ(日本語ヴァージョン)」が付いています。これは、非常に入手の困難であった一品で、貴重です。
　
　ベスト盤として見たら、 . . . とてもいい出来のものには見えないなあ。

帯によると、「全曲リマスタリング」。もちろん、歌詞・対訳つき。曲は、ジャズ、ワールド・ミュージック、ロックを混交させた名曲ばかりです。
とくに言及すべきは、まず、ディスク1の18がヒップホップによるリミックスであること、次に、おまけのCDシングルが「ドゥドゥドゥ・デ・ダダダ」（日本語ヴァージョン）であり、ヴォーカルが日本語である以外、アレンジはオリジナルと変わらず、もちろんぼくらが聴くと少し苦笑せざるをえない外国人独特のなまりのある日本語でスティングが歌っているとしても、さほど聞き苦しいできではないということでしょう。
ぼくは、2002年の再編集盤よりこちらのほうをお勧め致します。

ベスト版です。日本語バージョンが入っていたりします。キャント・スタンド・ルージング・ユーは少し音が悪いような気もします。リマスタリングされているはずなんですが・・あとから出た同じようなほうは、もっと音がいいそうです。あとは特に文句はありません。ソー・ロンリーが入っていたら、もっと満足がいきました。
