全100面をかけずり回るアクションゲーム。
面の移動は扉によって行われるのだが、この扉の繋がりが複雑怪奇。
各面個性的な面が多く、多くで「ジャンプ」の腕前を問われる。
大きく開いた穴を飛んだり、階段状の岩を進んだり、キャラ１つ分の
足場を連続ジャンプで進んだり…。

各ステージにはアイテムが置いてある場合もある。

敵に当たっても死ななくなる物から、暗闇が見える様になる物や
十字キーの上を押すと「２点」が加算される物まで色々（笑）。
音楽もなかなか良いですよ~。

タイトル画面で、TコンのＢボタンを３３回連打。その後Tコンのセレクト、上、そしてUコンのＡ，Ｂ、下の５つを押したままスタート。
これで無敵だー！！落っこちない限りは・・・
と、超難しいところもこれでクリア可能となり、あっという間にクソゲーに成り下がってしまいましたね。

全100面もあるというトンデモないゲーム。
数が多けりゃいいってもんじゃないだろうに・・・・・・。

しかもその面のひとつひとつが「大味」な作りばかり。
ワープに次ぐワープで1面からスタートして次が70面(笑)なんてのもザラ。
最終的に100面にいる「主人公の師匠」を救出すればいいので途中過程は問わない(笑)のか・・・。
しかも主人公も「スペランカーの主人公」よりは丈夫だが、基本的にはひ弱(笑)。
穴に落ちれば死ぬし、敵に触れれば死ぬし、鳥のフンが当たれば死ぬし(笑)。
攻撃方法の爆弾も当てただけでは意味がなく、時間差のある「爆発」で敵を吹き飛ばさなければならない。
その点でも「スーパーマリオ」のファイヤーボールと比較して「使い辛い」。
音楽も同じようなものばかりと、ホント「ただ面数が多いこと」しかアピール材料がない。
不死身になるアイテムを取らないと100面の敵の猛攻は防げない。つまり、クリア出来ないということだ。
しかもやっとのことで師匠を助けたと思ってもゲーム自体は終了せずにエンドレスで延々と続く。
コントローラーを投げ出すのは時間の問題でしかなかったというゲームでした。
