プラグと本体とが直結しているので、ラジカセなどのヘッドホンジャックに差し込んだときに、その部分だけが出っ張ります。
そのため、何かをぶつけやすく、実際私はすぐに壊してしまいました。
機械本体をしょっちゅう移動させる人は要注意です。
結局私は、電器店でプラグ部と二股ジャック部とが短いコードで繋がったものを買いなおしました。
音質については、私はあまりこだわるほうではないので、分かりません。

オーディオアウトにもオーディオインにも使えます。
カーステレオのAUXにRCA←→ピンプラグ変換コネクタと延長コネクタで２本刺し
そうすれば外部入力２台使用可能。片方にデジタルオーディオ・もう片方にPSPのナビで接続すれば音楽聞きながら使えます。
