産科に勤務している以上、セカンドレイプによる被害について認識し
寄り添うためのケアを学ぶ必要がある
思春期の性に寄り添う教育関係者にも、読んでいただきたい
（教師、スクールカウンセラー、婦人科医師、小児科医師、思春期相談員、保健師、助産師、警察官、保護司、弁護士、裁判官、検察官など）
日本では、フェミニスト系の本などでわずかに出版されている程度
巻末のサポートセンター一覧も参考になる
サポーターは専門教育を行っている施設もあり、ﾊﾞｲｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰのPTSDやﾌﾗｯｼｭﾊﾞｯｸにも対応している。
ｻﾎﾟｰﾄで受けた衝撃はｻﾊﾞｲﾊﾞｰのものではなくｽﾀｯﾌ個々の感情であるが、ｼﾋﾞｱな症例だけにｻﾎﾟｰﾄﾁｰﾑは、ｻﾊﾞｲﾊﾞｰ、弁護士、警察、医師、看護師、ｻﾎﾟｰﾀｰと横で繋がっているが、ｶﾝﾌｧの機会がなかなかもてないことも多いため、連携力の強化をより高めｻﾊﾞｲﾊﾞｰｻﾎﾟｰﾄに尽力する必要がある
