映画やアニメ化され、日本でも独自に特撮ヒーローとしてテレビ放映された「スパイダーマン」の3Dアクションゲーム。スパイダースイングでビルからビルへ飛び移り、壁や天井に張り付くアクションが3Dによって再現され、各章ごとに登場するボスを様々なアクションで倒していく。ゲーム開始時に「HARD」「NOMAL」「EASY」「KID MODE」が選択でき、レベルにあった楽しみ方ができるほか、トレーニングモードにより、スパイダーマンの様々なアクションを練習できる。「コミックコレクション」では、ゲーム中に色々なところに落ちているコミックを鑑賞でき、「ストーリーボード」では、ゲーム中のムービーを作成するときの元になった絵コンテなどを閲覧できる。
