それまでのオフコースのステージから比べるともっとも身軽で華やかである。バリライトいっぱいで映像もきれい。
小田さんのキーボードもＫＸ８８くらいであとはＭＩＤＩで制御されている。
（サポートミュージシャンのキーボードの山はすごいけど）

選曲も「ＡＣＡＰ」を中心に夏っぽい感じの曲がならぶ。
圧巻はＯＶＥＲのひまわりのごとく、ＳＨＥ’Ｓ　ＧＯＮＥの夜の金門橋だが、ＡＯＲっぽくクールにまとめられている。
逆にいえば、ステージの臨場感があまり感じられないことだ。
完奏している曲が少ない（編集で途中でカットされたり、途中から始まったり）こともそう思える要因かもしれない。

サポートミュージシャン（世良正則とツイストのキーボードの人）のソロはかなり目立っている。　Ｇｏｏｄ！

　ジローさんが楽しそうにドラムを演奏しています。もちろん他のメンバーの演奏もリズミカルで心地の良い演奏です。
　ライトアップも綺麗で美しい映像作品にまとめられています。
　「小田和正」が好きな人にはお勧めのオフコースライブ作品です。
　それ以前からのオフコースが好きな人も一目置いておくべき作品だと思います。

このビデオも何度も見返して、終いにはテープが伸びてしまったのですが、DVDが発売されて嬉しいですね。
今度はDVDプレーヤーのピックアップが飛ぶまで見てやる（笑）

メンバーそれぞれ、円熟したプレイを見せてくれて、とても見応えがあります。
特に２曲目「LAST NIGHTS」での松尾さんのギターソロは、彼のベストプレイの一つに挙げられるのじゃないでしょうか。
元々ノリの良いハードな曲ですが、とにかく格好良い。

「だそがれ」のラストで英語コーラスがかぶる部分はとても「ステキ！」
４人時代のオフコースのコンサート映像として発売されたものでは唯一ですが、ファンの人はもとよりそうでない人も必見です。
