　イタリア出身のプログレ・バンドの’７６年発表の唯一の作品。
　ツイン・キーボードというこのバンドの特徴を存分に活かした内容となっている。
　曲によってハード・ロック風になったり、ジャズっぽくなったり、ロマンティックなバラード調になったりと、激しく転調するが、常にキーボードは攻撃的なスタイルだ。
　曲そのものに変化に富んだ工夫が施されている上、厚みのある音作りがなされている為、より一層迫力を感じさせる。
　熱いエネルギーが迸っている、情熱的な作風に仕上がっている。

4.0 out of 5 stars ツインキーボードの楽しみを最大限に発揮した傑作, 2009/2/9
76年作。イタリアのプログレバンドCORTE DEI MIRACOLIの唯一作。ギター無し、ツインキーボード編成のキーボードロック。EL&Pだけでなく、イタリアの先達、バンコ、オルメ、THE TRIP等の得意技をちゃんと意識し、聞き手のツボを心得ている。ツインキーボードと言われてもいまいちピンとこない人は、本作を聞くと良いかもしれない。これほどまでに分かりやすくツインキーボードの魅力が発揮された作品を私は知らない。ツインキーボードが、ハモンドオルガン、ストリングスシンセ、ムーグ、ピアノ、エレピ、クラビネット等、多種のキーボードの音色を何通りにも組合せ、クラシカルかつジャジーに疾走。バリエーション豊富に次々と組合せを変えていく様が、聞いてて楽しい。
「男がやって来る」はニュートロルスのギター、ヴィットリオ・スカルツィが少しだけゲスト参加。エレピやムーグが暴れ回る冒頭と、ハモンドが爆走する間奏は攻撃的。そのわりにボーカル部がほのぼのしすぎな気もするが、そこがまたイタリア的。ムーグが何重にも折り重なりクラシカルなアンサンブルを成すラストが良い。「太陽に向って」はピアノやハモンドがジャジーに疾走し、ボーカルが熱く飛びかかる展開が、いつの間にかシンセが切なくシンフォニックに高揚する場面へと変化…実に鮮やか！「ひとつの寓話」は甘美な歌モノにムーグ等が電気的な音色でアクセントをつけるレオルメ風の展開だが、そこからジャジーに駆け出す。「儀式そして祈祷」は夜空と輝く無数の星が目に浮かびそうなエレピやストリングスシンセ、ボーカルも実にロマンチック。うさんくさいSF風味もあるが（笑）それもまたプログレ的。「二人の恋人」は悲壮感漂うメロディが素晴らしい。スリリングに攻め立てるキーボード群の中、重々しい気品を放つピアノが一際輝く。胸に迫るボーカル、せわしなく急き立てるドラムやパーカッションも良い。
