紹介(「丸紅インフォテック」データベースより)

各種業務ソフトで処理したデータのFAX送信を自動化するソフト。業務アプリケーションに組み込んで利用することができ、「見積もり」「発注書」「請求書」「売上げ速報」「予約通知」などの送信に応用可能。送信は最大で1500件の同報送信が行える。また、送信結果を一元管理できる「送信結果ファイル」自動作成機能、送信できなかったデータを再送信する「不達一括再送信」機能を搭載。「不達一括再送信」機能はプログラムを組むことで再送信を自動化することが可能。今バージョンでは、WindowsNT/2000において、全てのユーザーアカウントでの利用が可能となったほか、異文書テキスト送信時における「見えるコントロールコード」を標準化した。

商品紹介

表計算やデータベースソフト等で作成した注文書をFAX送信用ファイルに変換し,相手先のFAX機へ送信します。プログラムを作ることなくExcelのアドインによりボタン操作だけで自動化できます。その他,自動化のためのサンプルプログラムを各種ご用意。送信モジュール,再送モジュール,プリンタキャプチャ機能などを提供します。
