　地上波最終回の大団円の12話とテレビ東京系CSアニメチャンネルの「AT-X」のみで放送された最終話である13話のカップリング(なのでTV未放映ではありません)。地上波でもCSでも使われていない13話予告編が要チェック!!

　12話ではすべての伏線が集まり、ココロ図書館が自分の住む町の人々のとってどんな存在か知ったこころ。多分彼女は姉たちに「にこにこりん」で顛末を伝えると共に、町の人々の心に応える決心をしたのでしょう。

　13話はコミカルな雪害自宅遭難エピソードに、親友の朱葉（ココロの方がちょっぴりお姉さん）との出会い、そして今は亡き母親からの伝承を加えた、これ以上の物は要らないと言えるエピローグ。お勧めです。

一巻からすべて観て欲しい作品です。
音楽もOP，ED曲も気に入りました。近頃、なんか生活が味気ないという方、是非見てください！

ココロ図書館の閉鎖問題。現実として市長の判断は正しい。いままで、存在するのが当たり前だったように思われていたから、この決定は市民の認識を改めさせる結果となった。１話から１１話までの登場人物が出揃う感動の１２話、そして、閉鎖を乗り越え、その後の図書館の経営努力を垣間見る、１３話。雪に埋もれたココロ図書館を救うべく、怪盗ファニートータスが大活躍？します。とくに、１３話はＴＶ未放映なので、要チェックです。ココロちゃんの幸せを見て、はーっ。と安堵のため息を付きましょう。
